Data Deletion Request
Last updated: 18 April 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of personal data that Drive Buddy (D.A. Venus Investments Inc) holds about you in connection with our customer service operations on Facebook and Instagram.
What we may hold about you
If you have sent a message to one of our Facebook Pages, messaged our Instagram account, or commented on one of our posts, we may hold:
- The content of the message(s) or comment(s) you sent;
- The timestamp, and whether the comment has been hidden or deleted on Meta’s side;
- Your public profile information as supplied by Meta (display name, profile picture URL, a Page-scoped user ID assigned by Meta);
- Any reply or moderation action our staff took on the same conversation or comment.
We do nothold your email address, phone number, home address, payment information, or any other data beyond what Meta provides or what you yourself voluntarily wrote in a message — unless you are also a customer of our Shopify store, in which case data from the store is governed separately.
How to request deletion
Send an email with the following details:
- To: yedidyadan33@gmail.com
- Subject: Data deletion request
- In the body, include at least one of the following so we can identify the records:
- The Facebook or Instagram profile URL or username you used to contact us;
- A screenshot of any message or comment on our Pages that belongs to the conversation you want deleted;
- The approximate date of the conversation.
What happens next
- We verify that the request comes from the owner of the Meta account in question. We may ask a single follow-up question to confirm.
- Within 30 calendar days we irreversibly delete all records of the relevant conversation(s) and comment(s) from our database and storage systems.
- We send you a written confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Records we are legally required to retain (for example, evidence of a completed order transaction under Israeli tax law) are kept for the minimum statutory retention period and then deleted.
Deletion on Meta’s side
Deleting the data from our systems does notdelete the underlying message or comment from your Facebook or Instagram account, because that copy is owned and controlled by Meta. To remove content on Meta’s side you can delete the message or comment directly in the Facebook or Instagram app, or follow Meta’s own data-deletion instructions.
